OUR TEAM

As a Jackson Hole native Andrew Byron has been blessed to live in the valley his entire life. When the idea of starting a concierge caretaking firm began to take shape, Andrew was excited to bring decades of personalized customer service and professional relationships to caretaking in Jackson Hole. In additional to being a partner in Spruce Home Services Andrew is also a licensed real estate agent, fly fishing guide, ski instructor, volunteer firefighter, and serves on multiple local nonprofit boards. The skills he uses in his different jobs translate directly to serving clients needs in caretaking. In his free time Andrew enjoys being outside with his wife Bayless and son Hugh along with his two chocolate labs.

A fourth generation native, Nicholas Houfek was born and raised in Wyoming. Whether by drift boat, mountain bike, skis, or on foot, Nicholas has gained an intimate knowledge of this valley. After ten years as a property manager in Jackson, he has learned every detail of caretaking homes and what it takes to keep a household running smoothly. In 2019 he decided to create a new concierge firm – Spruce Home Services - dedicated to a limited number of
clients and improved customer service.

In addition to Spruce Home Services, Nicholas is also a licensed real estate agent, a ski instructor at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and a helicopter ski guide at the Alaska Rendezvous Heli Ski Lodge. In each of his professional capacities, he is always refining his acute ability to manage client’s happiness, safety, and overall enjoyment. These skills are easily transferred to caretaking houses and understanding what is expected of him by clients who entrust their homes to Spruce.
